New computer and merging old files

I have a new computer and I have noticed that most of my old claims did not transfer over when I loaded LBML on my new computer. So here are my questions:

1. How do I find out where the files are located on the new installation and is there an optimal place this program should be installed?

2. Are the claims supposed to back up automatically to a server somewhere?

3. If I find the older data, Which I think I can, how do I merge it with my newer data?

In the old install folder there is a *.lbml file which stores all your data ... you can simply copy that over to the new location and all the data will be there.

The server stores Claims only (no drops and runs)
When you start up the program it will initiate a download process and grab all the claims (non imported) for your account from the server.
This can take a while.
If you want to move drops and runs you can export those from the old install into a file and import in the new install from the file -> export/import menu.
