Ok here is my issue.... I have D/L the zip file. I unzip it and then go to update the files. I get 2 things first message is I don't have permission to do that even if I try with Admin. 2nd my security removes the program because it is unsafe ( being the rep of the program is less then 1 ) so I can not do anything with it. Any help in solving the issue would be appriciated.

Well you can try to add the folder of LBML to the security programs exclusion list..
you can always update manually just unzip the update folder onto the main folder.. be sure to do this incrementally.

Thanks for the info I had one of my Soc folks tell me the same thing and got it up and running only issue now is the black screen I get when I scan a claim. smiling smiley
