the lbml app doesnt update for me and i cant download it from the website

I have this error as well, but since I'm mining on NI I'm not too bothered about it at the present.

Hey can you please give a link for the updated version because i can't mine on arkadia and the auto update doesnt work.

the auto update will download the files to your HDD into the updates folder just unzip the files inside on top of your LBML folder

you can also grab it here:

interesting I will look into that .. the updater should no longer use the protect.dll

I think i need to do some new work on the updater : )

I am still receiving the Protect32.dll error message. I have downloaded both the original and the mini patch and reinstalled them, but I am still getting the message. Any ideas on what to try?

Yes. I just tried it again. Still getting the same error.

I am so lost without LBM. I haven't been able to mine for days.

It is an excellent program, and I am looking forward to it working again.

I wonder what Lucky Devil did to get it to work for him.

did you take the files from the 1.0.5.1.zip folder to overwrite on top of your 1.0.5.0 install?

Yes. I overwrote the files when they were extracted. I retried it to make sure. Just to make sure you have all the information,here is what I do:

When I try to run the LittleBigMiningLog program, I get the pop up error message:

Little Big Mining Log is missing this file from its installation:
interop.SpeechLib.dll
Run the updater to fix the issue

I then run LbmlUpdater and get the same pop up error message that Lucky Devil posted earlier.

I took a Snip screenshot and can send it to you if you want. I don't know how to post it here, though.

that dll should be in the 1.0.5.0 zip folder try to grab the missing dll from there

Hi, I have downloaded LBMLv1.0.5.0.zip today and it does not contain that Protect32.dll and update failed.

I have overcome the issue by downloading an older version LBMLv1.0.0.0.zip.
