Problems setting up LBM in window 10 pro

Hello, I have followed all your info on how to set up the app on my game and all options such as chat log is check in the box and such. My problem is I have a window 10 pro with an AMD r9 390X video card but when I put the radar in the top upper left-hand corner, the bar does not turn green and the picture in the capture radar screen is not line up right, instead the picture is showing down to the middle some and not the upper left-hand corner. Yet I do move the radar to the screen to line it up and each time I just about got it right in the capture radar screen, the LBM app will crash and window 10 will say that this app has crashed and needs to be closed now, so all I can do is click ok but for some reason it not working for me, any ideas will be great since I do want to get back to playing this game again when I had it on my old window XP setup

maybe its the windows scaling that stretches out the window title bar? set it to 100% in accessability
