Map error

Hello, I installed and configured program using "Guide" section and everything looks to be in order except that map isn't working. Program works but when I try to open map error appears:

System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'DirectXMap.dll'

Also, when program starts it says something about gamma, contrast and brightness, I changed EU options to default so maybe it wont cost any trouble.

actually try looking at these too:

I don't know what was the issue really Because I had latest directx and .net but I tryed to reinstall both using download section links and it worked.
