Insane Screenshot Delay

I was able to use the program fine yesterday now all of a sudden it won't track my position on the man and I've getting screenshot delays over 100000ms (yes 100 THOUSAND).

I've tried changing the image settings and radar size, I have no idea why this is having so many issues with the screenshots for tracking position. Any ideas?

EDIT: I have 3 monitors running windows 7 64bit, 6 gigs ram on an SSD.

EDIT2: Essentially the map just hangs there, if I press P it sets my position and if I click on the map window to give it focus it updates my location but it won't otherwise.

EDIT 3: Updated graphics drives, disabled desktop composition, enabled vsync... something seems to have worked.

enabling vsync should allow your gfx card to breath a little limiting the max FPS and allowing LBML to get some time with the game window
