LBML is not starting

Hello guys, after i downloaded and unzipped in a separate folder, everytime i want to start the program the error in attachaments appears.
How can i fix it?

Never saw error 1 .. It might come from the updater not being able to write to folders/ create new ones?
error 2 happens because the tool is unable to reach the server to establish a secure communications channel.

not sure why would #1 happen on windows unless you messed around with file permissions..
#2 might come from your firewall or security tools.. i guess #1 too

It seems i need it to reinstall Windows entirely to make program work! Maybe some corrupted NETFrame files. Anyway it's working at this moment, thank you for your reply
