Not sure why, but my LBML keep crashing, i have redownloaded the zip file and still doing that. Updated .net framework 4.5 and 2015 C++
any thoughts?

Mine kept crashing. It was because I had enabled the option to scan the radar and LBML could not scan it. disabling that option fixed it for me.
