Fixed 'P' marking issue again .. i have a feeling MA will break this again once they try to fix the fact the local chat is not being written to chat log...
Added automatic radius divider for special areas .. the divider is 2.5 and will kick in on Foma Hell and ArkUg
Fixed issues where claims could be assigned to old drops when close to max radius
