Failure Retrieving Certificate - Please contact support

Howdy, first time problem here using LBML

Recently I did all the updates correctly (as i had a friend help me with this), and today when I wanted to use the program, I ran it and got the following error message

"Failure Retrieving Certificate - Please contact Support"

Now this is curious as until this morning the program was working fine.. at about 0500 Local time I had a cglitch and had to restart the computer (This was after a failed Windows update.. (Using Windows 7 home Premium 67 bit..

I am just curious as to what I need to do to fix this issue

If anyone has some insight into this one feel free to reply,

Maybe it was a server reboot or some communication glitch to the website. Does the problem still persist?

I remember once someone mentioned that their ISP was appending some text to each HTTP response their browser would receive .. if this si a case for you that will break the communication between the client and the server

Im having the same problem now.

Failure Retreiving Certificate - please contact support

Every time i try to run Updater and application. Worked fine this spring, then just stopped working.

Anything I can do?

actually i misspoke about the diagnostics tool sad smiley its a bit outdated .. i will try to add some diagnostics for this problem in the next release of the program.. let me know still if the problem persists?

Solved it. Restarted my router and did a fresh installation.
