LBMLv1.0.9.3 hanging Win11

hi, LBMLv1.0.9.3 version win11 (up to date) hanging on "runs" meniu. it simply stops respond, some problems with database ?

does it hang if you move your .lbml file out and the tool creates a new fresh one?
does it give any error message in the log files?
hangs by .. not loading anything or the program stops responding?
