error 813 on startup?

A friend is having trouble getting a new install of LBML to work. Is having a bunch of problems, errors 815, 817, 812, 810, 813, 818 etc when pressing P. When he opens the filter window and chooses arkadia, it spits out the errors too (and does not display the map). It sounds to me like something is wrong with the maps... any ideas what's going on?

Its the map rendering engine errors .. does it also happen when he is not running EU/other DX apps ?

Not sure... he reinstalled LMBL after I posted and that seems to have fixed the problem.
