Map not Working

I am on a Windows 10 desktop computer. When I start the utility, I get an error window and then if I click on the only entry in that window I see:

System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'DirectXMap.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

So if I click OK, this message goes away and everything looks fine; until I try to open the map that is. As I click on the map button, I see the same error in a different window, and then in the "Details" section of this different window, I see the text bellow. Any idea why this might be? Am I missing a Microsoft .Net Redistributable? I've attached two screenshots for clarity.

Did you try installing directX and .net from the websites download section ?

The .NET Framework 4.5 was already installed. As such installation was automatically cancelled.

However, after downloading the DirectX from LBML website, the error went away!
