problem with setting up account with LBML

I just started to set up the account and got to the point where I had just filled in the login in box for the first time and I got disconnected and the box closed. Im not sure if it was your site or EU but I haven't been able to bring up the login box and continue my setup with LBML. I tried redownloading the download. I even reset the computer back a couple of days to start redoing it again as a blank slate. Nothing has changed it. I can't go forward in the set up. The pop box with the mined materials and personal location did come up briefly but when the disconnect happened, like the login box, I cannot get it to come back up and reopen.

Is the .exe file still in the LBML folder ?

When you run it do you get an icon on the Windows task bar ?

Send me a screenshot of your whole monitor to help me understand what the problem is.
