One more radar issue

Hey Ido, I once used this program and it worked perfectly.
Had my computer reinstalled windows (same type win7 64bit), and now struggling with radar function.
Thing is, when I press "capture sample of radar" nothing happens. I mean, the image which i should fit radar in is static like a picture, not a "video" type like it used to be first time I installed this program.

I follow instructions and have all options correct.

Any suggestions?

There is a new radar setup process follow the green message steps next to the static picture

I do it, and still the line remains red all the time, no matter how many times I fit it in.

What are you trying to fit ?

Can you see the numbers clearly in the last step?
