Failure

Hello...
Im having difficulties to make LBML run. I tried all the ways i read here to unpack the zip file but i still keep receiving same message : Failure retrieving certificate - Contact Support. and the program doesnt opens. What that might be ? I remember aftert that ive installed the file dotNet.fx40...thats what i did. Thank you in advance for the help.

Is it possible that something is blocking the lbml program from accessing the server?

hmmm not sure...how do i check this? i dont understand very much about these things

Ive reinstalled the before version, v0.9.3.0 and tried run it. Got this error now and still dont understand about the pc language, sorry :
