Can't Download LBML

I want to install LBML on my laptop (it's already on my PC, which is BSODing me at the moment), but can't get the download link to work at all. I've tried a few different browsers, but I'm still getting: "The connection was reset" pages. I can open all other sites fine, so I'm thinking (hoping) it's something on your end not mine...?

when i click he button with chrome it does not take me to a new page but instead pops up a downloading file button on the bottom left

I had that problem with DDO. I had to open up internet options, click on the advanced tab and then make sure there was a check mark in the following boxes under the security section was checked Use SSL 2.0, use SSL 3.0,, Use TLS 1.0, Use TSL 1.1 and use TLS 1.2, after that I had no problem, excelt every few weeks I have to go back and recheck the boxes. For some reason it resets after a few weeks.
