Getting failed to receive certificate.

I've tried to reinstall the program, but that doesn't seem to fix the problem. Getting failed to receive certificate as soon as i open the program. Nothing has changed regarding my Internet or computer updates. Don't really know what to do too be able to fix it, so if someone could give some suggestions on how to fix it, that would be much appreciated.
