Not getting points

So me and my husband use the program, I collect points for the claims I get, but his has been stuck at the same number for months. Any idea how to resolve that issue?

Someone had the same issue recently,
the claims were stuck in the buffer and unable to upload to the server because of "date format" they were from Finland I think or such.
the solution is to go to windows settings "set region format" and in the region format dropdown select English (United States)
