so i just got in to the program and i was doing a little looking around on the form here but i havent seen anything about this when it comes to the maps but this is the error that keeps popping up when i try to open the map

what would i do to fix this im going to re-download it just in case that will fix the file but if thats not the case then could someone help me

Try installing direct x and .net from the downloads section
