Awhile back I noticed I was missing some claims too, especially when I spent a period of time full mapping NI and Toulan. I just had to remap in that case unfortunately.
I haven't been noticing missing claims lately though. If you install a new LBML folder and log in through it, it should query the server to pull all your claims that exist on the server at least. If they don't exist there anymore, I'm not sure if Ido would have backups readily accessible.
