Latest version of windows 10 causing issues

The latest version of windows 10 has cause an issue with lmbl for me in that when using the program in full screen windowed mode and activating the map it causes the windows task bar to remain visible, when closing the map the taskbar vanishes once again

umm i'll take a look but the program is not intended to be used with Entropia in full screen. I'll see what i can do
