Error message: 0800

Hello,
I have this error issue. Please help.


App version: 1.0.1.1
Error Message: 0800

System.DllNotFoundException: DirectXMap.dll DLL can not load: The specified module could not be found. (The exception based on HRESULT value: 0x8007007E)

    in ? ..ctor ()

Win 10 ?

Actually I have W8. And this file is in the game folder.
